Last week Minted offered to let me try out one of their awesome photo calendars, and no hesitation....I promptly took them up on the offer.  Not only do I LOVE Minted products ( see proof here ), but I've always wanted to order a photo calendar and just haven't ever made one.  So, I received the calendar last night and the quality does not disappoint.  They recently updated to a new matte paper, and one that's super thick.  So, not only does the design look super luxurious, but it's easy to write on compared to some other calendars.  And, there's enough room to write in the squares.  I know that sounds silly, but so many calendars don't have enough room for events. Here are a few shots to show you how it turned out and more details below... Found myself a little sucked into Sugar Paper' s site tonight.  How is everything so adorable?  And how is it that they use the exact, delightful, most perfect shade of pink?

How sweet are these letterpress announcements (via Oh So Beautiful Paper )?  I love them and the colors (and the fact that a little baby is named Ralph :).  

They came.  My Minted cards .  I heart.  I recommend. Also today?  Fun visit from Megs and Rosie (my niece) came for a sleepover.  We watched a princess movie.  Ate some pizza.  Read a few books before bed.  And now my baby girl in one room, and my Rosie in the other.  Eloise is now the age that Rosie was when I met her (I had still been in Morocco up until then).  It's so odd to think of.  She's grown up so, so fast. Now to bed.  I took today off to do these fun things.  And now I have a lot to do tomorrow.  And by a lot, I mean a whole lot.  Ah, such is life.  The things we are learning now, though, they are incredibly interesting.

Thanks to Nina , I'll now have 25 adorable calling cards from Minted for the cost of shipping!  So excited.  I've been wanting to order these badly ( remember? ), so I was pretty excited to see this.  I had a lot of trouble deciding on a design...I probably would have been happy with any of them.  I loved this  adorable cursive one, but my name looked super funky on it, so I chose the above one because of the sweet stripes {Striped Elegance}.  Can't wait for them to get here.   Check it out ! p.s.  This doesn't include any promotion links.  I'm just really excited about it. :)

I know I probably wouldn't actually use these, but they're so adorable that I can barely stand it.  The back has a place to write all your play date info! { let's play appointment card business cards on Minted }

I've been meaning to put these up for a long time.  I depend on these grocery list pads.  Instead of writing your list, you check off what you need (they have blank lines for unlisted items), significantly decreasing the chance of forgetting anything.  I don't know what I'd do without them...they keep me sane.  I completely dislike grocery shopping.  Also, I love the fact that they're set in categories, so I don't find myself running from aisle to aisle.  Zach found this for me at Anthropologie , but I've seen them at Pier 1 as well. { Knock Knock All Out of Pad } p.s.  I also found this entertaining.

Now that we've finally sent out our baby announcements, I thought I'd go ahead and post them up here (these are some not so great phone pics)!  I was going to do a series on fun announcements beforehand, but welp, I didn't get to it.  I'd been dreaming of letterpress since the beginning of pregnancy and ended up settling on this light pink dot and orange type from  Page Stationery .  I lined the envelopes with a yellow polka dot paper from Hobby Lobby (you can buy templates for lining , but I made my own) and added a photo printed by dotphoto (one of the only places to print 3x5 photos).  And I was also able to put  our address stamp  to really good use.  It was pretty exciting to send these out...I wonder if Eloise will like paper as much as I do?  I sure hope so.  :)   You can see some of my absolute favorite birth announcements here and here .
