To blog or not to blog...

To blog or not to blog, that is the question. I'm unsure about this venture but am apparently sure enough to try at the encouragement of my favorite blogging friend of a friend. :) As procrastination seems to be one of my favorite past times, this might just fit the bill.

Three weeks into married life and I can truly say that I don't know if I've ever been happier. I know that there will be times in our married life when things will be hard and stretching, but for now I can say that it's been...easy. That's the best word I can think of. And what a blessing that is. Although I can say I'm not good with change-this girl doesn't even like people changing the location of the Christmas tree-the changes have been hard, but good...aren't all great things? The Lord has always, always been faithful and he's been so wonderful to provide in this area and it encourages me that he truly cares about every aspect of our lives. Everything...not just those things which we might consider most "spiritual."

Stocking time!

So, I know not everyone is ready for the holidays, but if we’ve been friends for any amount of time, you’re probably aware of my Christmas obsession. Plus, the addition of kid number three right before the holidays/feeling essentially miserable being this pregnant have given me motivation to get things done early. Our stockings are hung by the chimney with care (yay for having a mantle!) already, and we'll be putting up our tree tonight (first artificial tree ever for me - still not quite sure how I feel about it...). I’m working some kind of combo fall/Christmas tablescape in the dining room since we’ll be hosting Thanksgiving here, but otherwise it's all Christmas, all the time. Anyways, the point is that I’ve had a lot of people ask about our stockings over the past few years, and I thought I’d take the opportunity to provide the information, as well as some other adorable options.
